Site work for a civil project in Herriman, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a development; and water / sewer project.
This project will include but is not limited to the installation of landscape and irrigation systems for five existing detention ponds throughout the city. Although these ponds are graded and include storm drain infrastructure, this project will also include minor re-grading and incidental storm drain improvements. The location of the work is in Herriman City at the following sites: a. Shoshone Detention: southwest corner of the intersection of Butterfield Park Way and 6400 West St b. Jensen Place Detention: southwest corner of the intersection of Hall Crossing Drive and 7300 West St c. Antelope Meadows Detention: northeast of the north end of Wild Tolman Circle. d. Bid Alt. #1 Berwick Detention: west of the northern end of Creek Vista Drive. e. Bid Alt. #2 Rose Canyon Detention: northwest of the intersection of Rose Canyon Road and 7100 West St. Site Visit: Visit and inspect site; take into consideration known and reasonably inferable conditions affecting work. Failure to visit site will not relieve Contractor of furnishing materials and performing work required.
