Renovation of a water / sewer project in Herriman, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Renovation to the existing booster pump station including removing and disposing of all the internal piping and associated equipment including one pump/motor and pump drive, preserving the existing electrical equipment and one pump and motor, demolishing and replacing the concrete floor, installing new piping and associated equipment, one salvaged pump and motor and one new owner provided pump/motor and drive, and other related work as shown in the design drawings. Bids will be received for single contract. The Project is expected to be completed by October 31, 2022. Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will not be held. Instructions to Bidders: For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
