Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a recreation facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a recreation facility; for the demolition of a recreation facility; for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The project consists of a 3,000 square foot addition to the east side of the building. Scope includes architectural,interiors, civil, structural, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Bid Option scope includes renovations to the existing restrooms that includes architectural, plumbing, and electrical. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the attention of Christopher Hoss Maslouski,Cromwell Architect Engineers, by e-mail to cmaslouski@cromwell.com no later than 5:00pm, July 13, 2021. Bidders are expressly prohibited from contacting any City of Fayetteville official or employee associated with this Request for Proposal, except as noted above. Violation of this prohibition is grounds for the immediate disqualification of the bidder. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities concerning bid, or award bid to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract.
