**As of January 27, 2021. Project has been awarded. Bid amount received $588,607.40 The City of Shoreacres is proposing the rehabilitation of approximately 8,450 linear feet of 8-inch through 18-inch sanitary sewer by pipe bursting and approximately 234 linear feet of 8-inch by open cut. The work includes reconnection of services, new manhole construction, rehabilitation of existing frame and covers, raising manhole tops, television inspection and all appetences to complete the rehabilitation efforts. This bid includes two (2) add alternatives for the work. This project is eligible for TWDB funding, therefore, the following requirements apply: The bidder must include the Vendor Compliance with Reciprocity on Non-Resident Bidders form (TWDB-0459) with their bid. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Any contract(s) awarded under this Invitation for Bids is/are subject to the United States Iron and Steel (US I&S) requirements of Texas Water Code 17.183 and/or Texas Government Code, Chapter 2252, Subchapter F, as amended by SB 1289, 85th Legislative Session, as applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Estimate: $725,000-$800,000 The deadline to ask questions is 12/14/2020 5:00 PM CST
