Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wauchula, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
**As of April 9, 2021, project has not been awarded. Timeframe is not yet determine. Design services from a licensed architect for renovations / new construction of five Florida High School Athletic Association tennis courts built to industry standards on existing infrastructure and renovations to existing building #9 to serve as restrooms and clubhouse and upgrades to existing metal storage building. Selection of finalists for interview will be made on the basis of professional services qualifications including related architectural experience and ability, location, and current workload. Firms must be properly registered at the time of submittal to practice their profession in the State of Florida. Representative samples of related work may be submitted in a separate binder. Firms are advised that plans and specifications for A/E may be reused. Selections will be made in accordance with Chapter 287.055.F.S. Firms interested in being considered for this project must submit seven (7) printed copies with a table of contents and tabbed sections in the following order: 1. A Letter of Interest detailing the firm's qualifications, related experience, the firm's abilities to do the work and to meet the above referenced selection criteria. 2. Professional Qualifications. 3. A copy of the firm's current Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation License. 4. If the firm offering services is a corporation, it must be properly registered with the Department of State to practice their profession in Florida and must provide a copy of the firm's current Florida Corporate Registration. 5.
