Design services from a licensed architect for renovations / new construction of five Florida High School Athletic Association tennis courts built to industry standards on existing infrastructure and renovations to existing building #9 to serve as restrooms and clubhouse and upgrades to existing metal storage building. Selection of finalists for interview will be made on the basis of professional services qualifications including related architectural experience and ability, location, and current workload. Firms must be properly registered at the time of submittal to practice their profession in the State of Florida. Representative samples of related work may be submitted in a separate binder. Firms are advised that plans and specifications for A/E may be reused. Selections will be made in accordance with Chapter 287.055.F.S.
