The Town of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, through its Department of Parks and Recreation, is requesting submittal of Priced Proposals for Building Design Services related to the Rehabilitation of the Abenaki Rope Tow System (Building, Mechanical and Electrical). The work includes the design/engineering, plan development and bidding for a new top terminal building for the rope tow at the Abenaki Ski Mountain, more specifically: Field work to document existing features in the area of the top rope tow terminal building and down the rope tow line with a total station Existing conditions site plan and a cross section plan showing the sight line down the slope at the rope line State of NH Building Code and State of NH Fire Code review for the new building design Development of conceptual plans to be reviewed and approved by the Town of Wolfeboro personnel Final bid plan set including floor plans, elevations, foundation, structural, electrical and mechanical design plans Development of a specification manual Development of bid packages Town intends on issuing a contract within 1 week of Bid Opening Companies submitting priced proposals shall detail their scope of work by task and price. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, if determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
