Site work and paving for a road / highway in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of 1/4/2021 project was already awarded for $1,265,492.10. In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of constructing curb, gutter and sidewalk on Phillippi Street from Malad Street to Overland Road. The work includes road rehabilitation and i rrigation/sewer work. The bridge/culvert work to be performed under this contract shall be completed on or before March 15, 2021. The remainder of the work shall be completed in its entirety on or before September 7, 2021. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about February 4, 2021. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $2,000.00 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project All questions or clarifications concerning this Invitation to Bid (1TB) The County reserves the right to reject all proposals
