Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Moapa Valley, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Moapa Valley Community Center Roof Replacement and is located at 320 North Moapa Valley Blvd, Overton, Nevada 89040. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The "Work" consists of removal and replacement of approximately 7,000 sq. ft. urethane roof system including insulation and flashing. Disconnect and crane removal and re-installation of rooftop HVAC units with incidental electrical and new roof curbing and cap flashing. Scope of work includes Owner's General Requirements pertaining to contract administration and the construction coordination as contained in Division 01 General Requirements of the project specifications. Construction includes but not limited to; demolition, prepare existing roof for foam layer and roofing membrane, remove existing flashing, haul and dispose of waste; removal and re-installation of roof mounted HVAC equipment and associated electrical and plumbing shall be carried out in phases, only one HVAC unit shall be permitted to be out of service at any given time; removal and re-install of perimeter lighting and associated electrical, installation of roofing membrane, cover board, crickets, foam layer, flashing, sheet metal, coping, ridge cap, roof flashing at penetrations, roofing membrane with rib, drip edge, required leak test, walk pads, miscellaneous roofing elements. Work hours: The General Contractor will perform construction activities during the following times: Sunday through Saturday starting from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. All dates and times will be outlined in the project schedule as required per Section 01 32 16. The Contractor will notify the Owner's Representative when changes to the submitted working days/hours are deemed necessary. Question Cutoff Date: 1/14/2021 01:00 PM (ET)
