The City of Hanahan, SC is seeking bid proposals from qualified contractors to furnish all materials and install new LED youth baseball field lighting for (2) two baseball fields. Spell Field is located on Murray Dr. Hanahan, SC and the Loftis Field is located on Loftis Road, Hanahan, SC. An official authorized to bind the Offer or must sign the Proposal and it shall contain a statement to the effect that the Proposal/Offer shall remain valid for a period of at least ninety(90)calendar days from the SPELL AND LOFTIS FIELD LIGHTING2 closing date for submission of Offer. The Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope showing the above solicitation title, RFP number and closing date/time and Offerors business name and address.This request does not commit the City of Hanahan to award a contract, to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of documentsor to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. The City of Hanahan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers received as a result of this request, to negotiate with all qualified offer ors, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this offer if it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
