Site work for a road / highway in Warwick Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The Township will take action on the Bid at their regularly scheduled Meeting on January 4, 2021. The bids must cover all costs for the completion of this project as set forth in the Project Manual. The principal items of work to be performed under the contract are: Installation of traffic signal mast arm, installation of new controller and conflict monitor, modification of existing detection, installation of traffic signals and signs. Bid security in an amount not less than 10% of the amount of the bid will be required in the form of certified check, cashiers check, bank treasurers check, or satisfactory bid bond made payable to or naming as oblige Warwick Township. All bids will remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of bid opening in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978. Bidders are advised that they must comply with All State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project. You are required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act No. 442 - Session of 1961) shall apply to this project, as defined within the Project Manual, since this contract is estimated to cost more than $25,000.00. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract and each with satisfactory corporate surety, will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder at the time stated in the specifications. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Warwick Township hereby reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, or informalities, in bids received, to reject any and/or all bids submitted and to accept any bid which it may deem to be in the best interests of the District.
