The development will include 36 one-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom units and eight three-bedroom units. Trades: Mass Excavation, Import Fill & Grading, Site Utilities, Fine grading, Asphalt paving, Pavement markings & traffic signage, Landscaping & irrigation, site concrete, temp and permanent fence, structural excavation & backfill, foundations, concrete slabs, gypcrete, wood framing (walls, stairs, roof struct, garages), Finish carpentry, exterior metal & fiber cement lap siding, stucco, misc steel & rails, roofing, sheet metal (flashing, coping, etc), snowguards, gutters & downspouts, waterproofing, horizontal & vertical caulking, wall/ floor/ attic insulation, interior & exterior doors & door hanging, garage doors, residential cabinets & p-lam countertops, windows, drywall, painting, acoustic ceiling, Carpet/Carpet tile/ LVP including floor prep, Signage, Bath accessories, fire extinguishers, postal equip, wire shelving, Play area equip, site amenities equip, blinds, fire sprinker, fire alarm, access control, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Solar array and typical general requirements necessary to build the project.
