Project scope includes connection to existing utilities, a new water service, site drainage improvements including a detention basin, and a new park entrance and parking lot accessible from Hillside Drive. Project scope also includes planting and irrigation improvements to a portion of the existing Phase 1 site. Total 9.3 acres. The work may consist of but is not limited to: Development of Phase 2 of the existing Sam Yellen Park Site, located in the City of Palmdale adjacent to the intersection of Avenue S and Hillcrest Drive.
