Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 26,670-square-foot municipal facility.
The Port of Richmond (Port) seeks a qualified vendor who must possess a General Engineering A, B, or C-20 contractor's license (Contractor) to convert existing gas fired furnaces to electric units at the Port's Point Potrero Marine Terminal (PPMT) located in the following exhibit. (See attachments) Any questions from prospective contractors must be submitted via the electronic system no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday December 4, 2020. As necessary, responses to questions will be issued via and addendum. For assistance with downloading the RFP, please contact Patrick McKenzie at Patrick_McKenzie@ci.richmond.ca.us. City of Richmond Ordinance No. 16-12 N.S Richmond Business Opportunity Ordinance. 3. Maintain insurance as detailed in the attached. 4. Compensation shall be consistent with Prevailing Wage Requirements. 5. Provide exclusions to your proposal on the bid form. 6. Execute the attached agreement.
