Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Norco, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,700-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a 2,851-square-foot educational facility.

**As of March 02, 2021, project has not been awarded. The scope of the Project consists of (a) the construction of one (1) new single-story kindergarten classroom building measuring approximately 5,700 square feet, and a new (PC Approved) lunch shelter; (b) alterations of existing administration building A consisting of approximately 2851 square feet, to include toilet room upgrades and additions, new walls, ceiling, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, technology, interior finishes, and other associated improvements shown on the DSA approved plans; and (c) site improvements, including but not limited to, concrete walkways, underground utilities, landscaping and irrigation, a new kindergarten play area including playground equipment, ornamental fencing and gates. The estimated construction cost/budget for the Project is $6 million and the estimated performance period is 14 months.
