The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for contractors on multiple residential projects at 15976 Peach Ridge Ave, Kent City, MI 49330. The project is funded by Kent County Community Development Block Grants. Project to be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. The scope includes multiple projects. One or multiple may be selected for award; please provide line-item pricing by project. Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) - 12/17/2020, 2 PM. Projects Include: Exterior: Windows Exterior: Vinyl Siding Interior: Wet scrape and paint Room 1 Interior: Wet scrape loose paint from closet and stair skirt board Room 10 Interior: Wet scrape loose paint from closet and entry door Room 11 Interior: Wet scrape loose paint from basement window casing Room 14 Interior: Wet scrape loose paint from interior closet Room 4 Interior: Wet scrape loose paint from side wall, ceiling and old wood painted wall header and trim Room 7 Each bid over $500,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Bond executed by the Respondent and payable to County of Kent for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Attorneys-in-fact who sign Bid Bonds or Payment Bonds and Performance Bonds must file a certified effective dated copy of their Power of Attorney.
