The City of Dover will receive sealed proposals for the purpose of contracting for Directional Boring for the City of Dover Electric Department. The City of Dover requests proposals from qualified, Delaware licensed directional boring companies, to provide the following services: to perform underground directional boring for Capital Improvement Projects, underground repair and renovation work and any emergency or routine work as needed by the City. All requirements are described in the proposal documents entitled, Directional Boring, Request for Proposal, RFP No.:21-0016EL. Contract Duration: Three (3) years from award, with two (2) one (1) year extensions possible. If you have questions concerning this Request for Proposal, they must be made in writing and emailed to me at doverwhse@dover.de.us. All questions must be submitted no later than Tuesday, December 1, 2020. The right is reserved, as the interests of the City of Dover may appear, to reject any and all proposals, to waive any information in proposals received, and to accept or reject any items of any proposal.
