Refer to Attachment N for details. If this Proposal shall be accepted by Newton County and the undersigned shall fail to execute a satisfactory contract in the form of said proposed Contract, give satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, or furnish satisfactory proof of the insurance required, as stated in the Instructions to Bidders within ten (10) days from the Notice of Award of the Contract, then Newton County may at its option, determine that the undersigned abandoned the Contract and thereupon this Request for Proposals shall be null and void, and the sum stipulated in the attached Bid Bond.
