Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a six-story above grade parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Project Description: A new six-story parking garage structure in University Park, PA. The building will have approximately 1,650 parking spaces. The garage will pursue Parksmart certification. Prequalification: Bidders must be prequalified by Clayco for this project.
