Installation of new sports equipment, acoustic panels and dividing curtains inside the gymnasiums and palestras; Installation work of new ventilation units on new steel platforms on the roof; Structural reinforcement work on the columns, floors and ceilings of the premises affected by the work; Refitting work in ventilation, plumbing and electricity inside gymnasiums, palestras, sanitary blocks, corridors and other premises; Replacement work on the school's main electrical entrance; Repairing and waterproofing of roofs following the installation of new ventilation units on the roof; The work will take place successively in 2 phases in 2 different wings of École Leblanc: block 400 and block 500. The work to replace the electrical entrance will take place in parallel with these two phases. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
