Bidders will be able to visit the Site at the convenience of the Fayetteville Manlius School District with a minimum of forty-eight hours prior notification to Mr. Russell McCarty by telephone at 315.692.1250. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. Jefferson Street Syracuse, New York 13202 or e-mailed to Erika Civitella's attention at ecivitella@kingarch.com Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents.
