Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Leesburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project site is at the LCSWMF, located at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. The work consists of heavy earthwork, geosynthetics installation, and pipe work tasks. The liner work consists of procuring, delivering, unloading, deploying, and installing (welding, tying, seaming), various geosynthetic materials, and performing quality control, testing, and other associated work. Questions and inquiries will be accepted in writing (email) only from any and all bidders, Material questions will be answered in writing with an Addendum provided, however, that all questions are received by 5:00 p.m. December 30, 2020. The County reserves the right to reject all or any part of any bid, waive informalities, and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to best serve the interest of the County. Informality shall mean a minor defect or variation of a bid from the exact requirements of the Invitation to Bid which does not affect the price, quality, quantity, or delivery schedule for the goods, services, or construction being procured.
