The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County: 1. Implement temporary traffic control and temporary erosion control measures 2. Install new drainage features including pipe, manholes, and inlets 3. Install sanitary sewer lines 4. Construct gravity retaining wall 5. Construct prefabricated sound walls 6. Perform cold plane pavement removal 7. Construct aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement 8. Construct concrete curbs, gutters, islands, sidewalks, and driveways 9. Install permanent signing and striping 10. Install illumination, traffic signals and fiber optic communications system 11. Install permanent seeding and landscaping 12. Construct 48-inch water transmission line 13. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. The Project cost range is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bids may be rejected by the County for non-compliance with prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and for good cause, upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. "Workers on Public Works to be Paid Not Less Than Prevailing Rate of Wage".
