Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Hillsboro seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide removal and replacement of existing alley with geotextile, aggregate base, asphalt, concrete curb, sidewalk, fiber optic utility relocation, storm sewer pipe, and storm sewer structures. The SE Clipper Lane Improvement Project makes improvements to SE Clipper Lane between SE 3rd Avenue and SE 5th Avenue in Hillsboro. The project is designed to improve road conditions and drainage to create a more functional area. Proposed improvements include replacement of asphalt, installation of curbs along SE Clipper Lane and installation of new stormwater infrastructure. There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB. There will be no pre-bid conference First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure: A Bidder may submit First-Tier Subcontractor disclosure with their bid or may submit it to the City Contact by email. If submitting by email, Bidder is responsible for assuring the email is received timely by the City.
