___________________________________________________ Project is anticipated to be completed within two hundred and eight (208) calendar days The proposed project involves the construction of roadway and drainage improvements. The drainage improvements will relieve the localized flooding that the subdivision experiences during heavy rain events, while the roadway will be updated from an existing gravel road to an asphalt roadway with curb and gutter. The drainage improvements consist of the construction of underground storm sewer that will aid in collecting storm water runoff that previously flooded the neighborhood and had little to no discernible flow patter to an outfall. The underground storm sewer will convey runoff collected by the roadway in the improved curb and gutter section. The proposed drainage improvements will be connected to the existing Harris County Flood Control District channel E132-02-01 to the south of the subdivision where the subdivision ultimately outfalls during flood events. The driveways will be reconstructed and improved from gravel to concrete driveways.
