The Project consists of the construction of a new additions and associated interior renovations. New Additions consist of a 500-seat Gymnasium, Classroom Addition, Weights/Fitness Addition and Industrial Technology Addition. Renovations include a classroom wing window replacement, existing wrestling room space conversion and existing industrial technology space conversion. Work on the Project shall commence as soon as possible after award of the Contract and is scheduled for multiple substantial completion dates. The last substantial completion date will be on or before July 8, 2022, with Final Acceptance to be no later than ninety (90) days after substantial completion.
