FOR QUESTIONS CONTACT TIM PACE AT 276-634-2559 OR tpace@co.henry.va.us On June 17, June 23, July 2 and July 21, 2020 the above-referenced location was inspected for asbestos containing materials. The purpose of the inspection was to identify any asbestos containing materials located in the multi-story commercial structure prior to a planned renovation. The inspection included a main structure and two annex buildings. The main structure is a two story building with a basement. In the main structure the following suspect materials were observed: Multiple types of floor coverings, base coat and finish coat plasters, thermal system insulations, window glazes and window caulks, ceiling tile mastic, vibration dampeners on metal duct, blackboard mastics and acoustical ceiling tiles. The main structure had a 1952 construction date and is a concrete masonry structure with anchored brick veneer. The two annex buildings are single story structures on a concrete slabs. The annex buildings were constructed in 1961. In the two annexes the following suspect materials were observed: Multiple patterns of floor coverings, finish coat plaster, construction mastics, window glaze and window caulk, door caulk and acoustical ceiling tile
