The Consultant shall provide the necessary services (including all labor, equipment, and materials) to successfully complete cost estimating support services as agreed to in Service Directives (SDs). Services include estimating all trades, with primary emphasis on mechanical and electrical work. All questions must be submitted in writing through the PORT by January 11, 2021, 12:00 PM PT, in order to allow adequate time for preparation of a response. Questions are to be posted on the Questions tab of the solicitation on VendorConnect. Questions received after this deadline may not be considered. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) is a business that is at least 51 percent (51%) owned and controlled by minority (including, but not limited to African Americans, Native Americans, Asians, and Hispanics) group members. Women Business Enterprise (WBE) is a business that is at least 51 percent (51%) owned and controlled by women. Combination Business Enterprise (CBE) is a business that is 51% owned and controlled by a combination of minorities or women that would not otherwise meet the definition of MBE, WBE, MWBE. K. Small Bus Veteran Business Enterprise (VOB) is a business that is at least 51% owned and controlled by a veteran or service member. M. LGBTQ Business Enterprise (LGBTQBE) is a business that is at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more individuals who identify as LGBTQ. The PORT intends on issuing two (2) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of any Agreement resulting from this solicitation is expected to be one (1) year, with a five (5) year ordering period. The PORT may include option(s) to extend for four (4) optional years, to be exercised on an annual basis. The PORT reserves the right to waive any minor irregularity and/or reject any and all firms and cancel the procurement. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
