139-25-802-002 Pecos Bonanza Campus; Family Courts/Central Plant, 601C & 651H - Cooling Tower Replacements. A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The Construction includes all Administrative Work and Coordination as contained within Division 01 - General Requirements of the project specifications. The Construction associated with 601-C consists of the installation, monitoring and maintenance of Temporary Air-Cooled Chillers and Electric Generators, maintaining Clark County's Water Treatment standards, the Selective Demolition for the removal and replacement of (1) BAC dual cell, 1600 gpm open circuit Cooling Tower, its associated Pumps, Piping, Wiring, Structural Steel, Steel Platform, Concrete Footings and Steel Walkways. The Work associated with 651-H consists of the installation, monitoring and maintenance of Temporary Air Cooled Chillers and Electric Generators, maintaining Clark County's Water Treatment standards, the Selective Demolition for the removal and replacement of (2) BAC 1500 gpm open circuit Cooling Towers, its associated Pumps, Piping, Wiring, Structural Steel, Steel Platform, Concrete Footings and Steel Walkways.
