Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals and performing all work required to construct complete in place and ready to operate the Crescent Hill WTP North/South Filter Building Renovation. The Company Project Manager estimate for the Contract plus Company supplied materials for this Project is $10,000,001 - $25,000,000. If the Company Project Managers estimate for the Contract plus Company supplied materials exceeds $250,000: a Bid Bond is required. For this Contract, a Bid Bond is required. Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who have been pre-qualified by the Company in the pre-qualification category or categories that apply to this Bid. This Bid requires prequalification in the Heavy Construction - Plant Work Category with a prequalification limit equal to or greater than $3,000,000.00. Contractors/Subcontractors performing specialty items of work such as electrical work must be prequalified in the Electrical Category.
