Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sherwood, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Roy Rogers Road between Borchers Drive and Chicken Creek bridge will be widened with: - Five travel lanes, two in each direction and a center turn lane - Bike lanes - Sidewalks - Storm drainage facilities - Street lighting - Soundwalls Roy Rogers Road is a heavily-used, north-south arterial, carrying about 18,000 vehicles per day. That volume is expected to increase with residential development in the area. The Roy Rogers Road project is being done in coordination with the Willamette Water Supply System installation. WWSS, a partnership between Tualatin Valley Water District and the city of Hillsboro to build an additional, seismically-resilient regional water supply system in Washington County, will be constructing a 66-inch drinking water pipeline in conjunction with roadway improvements. As of January 4, 2023, this project is under construction. Construction started July 2022.
