Site work and renovation of a military facility in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

In general the work consists of: Removal of two existing 2500-gallon underground storage tanks (USTs) and the connecting appurtenances by a state certified remover and cleaner. During removal, a tank system site assessment will be conducted by the A/E. Demolition activities include removal of existing concrete slabs, fueling island, abandonment of utilities to include storm sewer catch basin, compacted backfill, vegetation and foundation protection, dewatering and erosion control is incidental to this work. The final demolition limits will be gravel surface restoration with installation of a new concrete ADA walkway. An existing light pole will be salvaged, relocated and upgraded with LED fixtures near the ADA ramp and parking lot. All work shall comply with the requirements outline in the DATCP administrative code, Chapter ATCP 93, and associated regulations A formal in-person pre-bid tour will not be conducted for this project; however, photos regarding location and orientation of the site are included in the drawings for informational purposes only.
