Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) intends to procure a qualified Design Builder (DB) to provide design and construction services for the Motts Creek Wastewater Pump Station (PS-69) Upgrade project. CFPUA reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs to waive any informality or irregularity in any SOQ received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective SOQ received.
