Renovation of an educational facility in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Undersigned Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities or Defects in a Bid to the Extent Permitted Under Pennsylvania Law and to Reject Any or All Bids or Parts Thereof. A 10% Bid Bond and 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond, Equal to the Contract Price, Will Be Required. Bids May Be Held by the Owner for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days, During Which the Bids Will Remain Firm. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any or All Informalities in the Bidding. Work Shall Begin the Week of May 24, 2021 and Shall Be Substantially Completed by August 16, 2021 and Final Completion Achieved by August 30, 2021. It Is the Intent of the School District That All of the Re-roofing Areas Shall Be Completed This Summer. Roofing Contractors Shall Man the Project Accordingly, Including Number of Staging Locations, Dumpsters, Etc. To Make Sure the Entire Project Is Completed by the Dates Noted Above. Prospective Bidders Are Advised That This Project Is One That Will Be Subject to and Governed by the Provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Including Amendments and Supplements Thereto. Bidders Shall Prepare Their Proposal After Giving Consideration to the Applicability of Said Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act to the Work Involved. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/22/2021 5:00 PM
