The contracted work is for landscaping and monthly maintenance at Lenape Park, Ferry Landing Park, North Main Street Parking Lot, and the New Hope Visitors Center. All bidders must attend a mandatory Project Site Assessment. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly identified with the bidder's name, project name, and owner's name on the outside of the envelope, and include the required Bid Security and Proof of Insurance. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to eliminate or reduce items or quantities.
