Renovation of an educational facility in Shady Spring, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The contract documents may be reviewed for bidding purposes without charge during business hours at the Blacksburg office of the Architect Engineer or at the locations provided below. All questions prior to bid must be made through Brenda McKinney of ZMM at bmckinney@zmm.com All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety, in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Each bidder shall ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder, and to the extent permitted by state law; Raleigh County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to make selections from the bids that are solely in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools
