As of October 2019, this project is expected to break ground in January of 2020. West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors invites qualified Contractors to submit a proposal from qualified and experienced construction management firms to act as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the renovation of Milan Puskar Center - Phase 3 & 4. The Milan Puskar Center houses the WVU Football Operations, and these renovations will house the home football team spaces, locker room, shower room, mudroom, coach's locker room, nutrition and recovery suite, and team lounge and football equipment. This will be a multiphase project with three Phases (Phase 2.5, Phase 3 and Phase 4) with the size and budget of the renovation consisting of the following: - Total Gross SF: 53,000 GSF Renovation. The bid/proposal process is highly controlled. To protect the integrity of the process, any questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Bid/Proposal must be handled through the Department of Procurement, Contracting, & Payment Services. The successful Bidder and all subcontractors must pay the West Virginia Department of Labor Wage Rates as established for the County in which the Work is being performed, pursuant to West Virginia Code 21-5-1, et seq. in effect at the time of bid opening.
