The Engineering Science Building is located at 1306 Evansdale Drive, Morgantown, WV 26506 a. Liquidated Damages shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion and Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Final Completion. SCOPE OF WORK DETAILS o Demolition - Majority of demolition has already occurred with the exception of entry door and opening between G78A and G86. Carpet must be removed by Supplier but will need coordinated with epoxy flooring work. Entry Door to ESB G78A is to be removed and turned over to Owner and the card reader salvaged and returned to the Owner. o Architecture - Install 90-minute door, 2-hour rated wall, 2-hour rated enclosure for smoke curtain, install drywall over beam locations that are exposed, patch any openings in the block, and fire caulk wall penetrations. o Structural - Review Alpha and Associates plans regarding the opening between G78A and G86. o Mechanical - Install duct work for exhaust, supply, and return. New exhaust and supply fan. Hot Water Duct Coil, roof pentation for exhaust fan. Balancing air. o Electrical - Install new transformer, 208V 3P Electrical Panel, Outlets, Cord Reels, Lights, Lighting Controls. o Plumbing - Installation of emergency shower/eye wash, plumbing for lab tanks, hot water, chilled water, air, drain piping. o Fire Protection - Sprinkler System see Tower Engineer plans. o Paint - Ceiling joist/beams/deck/ductwork/sprinkler line Peppercorn SW7674. Walls to be painted Repose Gray SW7015.
