State Street Water and Sewer Improvements Phase I Project. Sealed bids may also be dropped off at the Raleigh Water Operations Center Bid Opening meeting location between 1 PM to 2 PM on Bid Opening day. After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Plans and digital files must be purchased through Accent Imaging to be on the bidders list. Bids will only be accepted from companies listed on the bidders list.
