Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Norman, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Please note there are two additions within the set of plans: 1) Cafeteria Addition and 2) Gymnasium Addition. Provide a lump sum price on bid form for both projects. One sub contract will be awarded for both projects to the low bidder for the cumulative total. Hill & Cox Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any formalities as necessary. Trade Contractors and Material Supplies may secure a copy of the proposed contract documents from the Construction Manager on the first come, first serve basis. These documents must be utilized and returned to the Construction Manager in a timely fashion. No partial sets will be issued. All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969 and Act 397 of 1971 and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312. The owner and construction manager reserve the right to waive any formality, or to reject any or all bids as necessary. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the owner or construction manager.
