Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pea Ridge, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
C.R.Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Pea Ridge School District, will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for the Multi-Purpose HVAC - Pea Ridge School District, located in Pea Ridge, AR. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered. Bids will be received for the following trade and material packages: 1.Concrete 2.Metal Stud Framing 3.Waterproofing 4.Door and Hardware 5.Glazing 6.Painting 7.HVAC 8.Electrical Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Pea Ridge Public School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
