For Polonio Pass Water Treatment Plant Staff Office Building The project consists of constructing a CMU type building with an approximate area of 714 square feet. The WORK generally consists of Work for a small office type building that is approximately 714 square feet. The building has one office space for workstations and a separate sleeping room. The building will have an accessible entry with accessible sidewalks leading up to the front entry door. The building is of construction buildingtype IIB which is of fully grouted masonry construction with a slab on grade with a thickened foundation. The roofing system is a standing seam metal roof over roof underlayment over plywood sheathing over rigid insulation over structural steel deck. The structural steel deck spans to each wall. The masonry is integrally colored smooth face block and the floors are exposed concrete with a concrete sealer. The interior walls have batt insulation with a gypsumwall finish, painted. The wall separating the sleeping room and the office space runs to the underside of the deck and has full sound attenuating batt insulation. The office area has an exposed ceiling and the sleeping room has drop gypsum board ceiling. The office area and thesleeping room has operable windows to meet ventilation requirements and both rooms have high bay windows for additional daylighting. The rooms have lighting and an HVAC mini-split wall unit in each room. The HVAC system is ductless, and the condensing unit is locatedoutside. The building is a single slope roof with downspouts and each entry has a canopy with a drainage scupper. Exterior lighting is mounted underneath the entry canopies.
