Site work for a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Restoration of damaged slope at the Runway 4 approach and damaged 36 drainage pipe associated erosion back to their pre-disaster design, function, and capacity within the existing footprint. Hazard Mitigation for the pipe repair work will include the design and installation of a drop inlet structure, outlet pipe, and headwall to capture overland runoff and prevent further erosion around the existing 36 pipe. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before 60 days after the date of Notice to Proceed. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 15 days after the date for Substantial Completion.
