The village of north palm beach will be receiving sealed bids for lighthouse drive Culvert sliplining project within the village of north palm beach. The complete Invitation to Bid, including all specifications and bid forms, may be obtained by bona fide bidders upon application at the Office of the Public Works, 645 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408 or from the Village website. Bids in excess of $50,000 must be accompanied by Bid Security. The amount of the security shall not be less than five (5) percent of the Bidders total price as indicated in the Bid Proposal Form. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of bids. The Village of North Palm Beach shall accept the bid of the responsible bidder that best meets the needs of the Village, taking into consideration, among other things, the financial responsibility of the bidder, proven skill and experience, capability to perform the contract on a timely basis, previous satisfactory performance, and such other abilities of the bidder that the Village, in its sole discretion, determines will enable the bidder to perform effectively and efficiently. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to make awards either as individual items or as a total combined bid, whichever it considers in the best interest of the Village, and to waive any informality in any bid.
