67-02-01-06-0-001-024, 67-02-01-06-0-003-014,67-02-01-06-1-010-003 All project-related questions (RFI's) shall be directed to Justin Myers at the office of the Construction Manager - jmyers@buffaloconstruct.com. All RFI's are to be received no later than 12:00 P.M. (Noon) on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. The Attica Central School District hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be in the best interest of Attica Central School District. The awarding of the Contract will be subject to the approval of the State Education Department. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in amount of five percent (5 %) of Base Bid is required and must accompany proposal. Performance Bond and Labor Material Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of contract sum are required to be delivered at time contract is signed with Owner. Attention of bidders is called to the Owner's sales tax exemption requirements, for conditions of employment to be observed and prevailing wage rates to be paid, and requirements pertaining to certification of Non-Collusion in preparation of proposals submitted for this project. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after date of opening.
