Plan (including archaeological and environmental studies), design, construct, renovate, equip and furnish the existing Ramah Navajo chapter house in Mountain View, New Mexico. The renovations and equipment will include 1) construct an addition to the chapter house for administrative offices; 2) bathroom renovations to include handicap accessible stalls, replacement of all water closets, urinals, and fixtures; 3) replace the water heater; 4) kitchen remodeling, replacement of commercial stove, freezer, and refrigerator, replace counter tops, tables, doors, and windows; 4) paint interior and exterior. Ramah Navajo chapter will follow policies and procedures and comply with the NM Procurement Code to complete the project. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
