Demolition, site work and addition to a residential development in Pueblo Pintado, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a residential development; for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

To construct 20 units of bathroom additions for the community. Pueblo Pintado Chapter will partner with N.N. Community Housing Infrastructure Department and their personnel to construct the shell of the bathroom additions and purchase, install and certify bathroom fixtures. The chapter will bid out the project and follow Navajo Nation and State of New Mexico Laws. A contractor will be selected and bathroom additions will be constructed. The Chapter will manage the project. The bathroom additions will be maintained by homeowners through MOU. The Navajo Nation will be the fiscal agent. This project is in included in the Pueblo Pintado Chapter FY 2023 -2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
