Evaluation/Short-list Committee Review will be held on February 18, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Local Time in Village of Wellingtons City Hall, 12300 Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington, Fl. 33414. Presentations and oral interviews will be conducted on March 4, 2021 beginning at 9:00 A.M. Local Time. Construction Manager selection will be announced after the oral interviews take place. Wellington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFQ submittals (in whole or in part) with or without cause, to waive technicalities, irregularities or informalities, or to accept RFQ submittals which in its judgment best serves the interests of Wellington. Additional improvements may include Northside Park and Sunset Plaza, along with other site improvements to Town Center. In total, this project is hereafter identified as "Town Center Phase II". The key components to Town Center Phase II are as noted above, with all proposed improvements located within the limits of the Town Center. Wellington and the design team are looking to forge a close working relationship with a qualified firm for the pre-construction services and construction of the Town Center Phase II project. The Village has engaged the services of design professionals in developing the Town Center Phase II Construction Plans. These same professionals will be available during the construction process. The proposer shall highlight the firm's experience in coordinating design activities related to projects like Town Center Phase II. In addition, the interested proposer should highlight any Construction Manager at Risk experience in developing outdoor amphitheaters, barrier free playgrounds, open green spaces, as well as sound booths and public restroom facilities, similar to those being proposed for Town Center Phase II.
