This project is funded in part by the Federal Government and administered by the Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Sustainability and contractors must comply with all Federal requirements and thDavis Bacon and Related Acts whereby all laborers and mechanics are required to receive the prevailing wage rates as contained in the bid documents. All contractors and sub-contractors are required to use the Labor Compliance Reporting System. All fringe benefit statements, and weekly certified payrolls are to be submitted using LCRS (Elation). All Contractors will be required to submit Certified Payrolls using this system. Paper Payrolls will no longer be accepted. Section 3 businesses are encouraged to bid and/ or participate in this project.
