Renovation of an educational facility in Lake Worth, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida invites Certified Roofing Contractors, licensed by the State of Florida and prequalified by the School Board to submit Bids for Roofing Services. Location: 10775 lake worth Rd., lake worth, FL 33449 The School Board reserves the right to waive minor technicalities in any Bid. A personal check or company check of a Bidder shall not be deemed a valid Bid Guarantee Roof replacement at buildings one through ten (#1-10). Existing asphalt shingles, felt, plywood sheathing, and insulation to be removed and replaced with new asphalt shingles, felt, plywood sheathing, and insulation. New expansion joint cover to be provided. New flashing w/caulking as required and tie-down equipment cables for roof mechanical equipment to be provided. New valley metal to be installed at all valley locations. New valley splash guards to be provided. Remove and replace damaged wood board and insulation in selected areas. Replace condensing unit on top of building six (#6). Extend selected plumbing vents. Remove and replace existing ventilators. Replace existing lightning protection with new. Replace a portion of metal deck and all associated roofing components around the condensing unit at building six (#6).
